When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons during 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and announced to the entrepreneur.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.
Conditions for returns:
1. When returning items, you must always send an email in advance.
2. A maximum of 20 km has been ridden by bicycle.
3. Products and supplied items must be undamaged and complete.
4. Bicycle is clean and undamaged.
5. Damage and/or traces of use can be a reason to refuse the return items or a reduction in value.
6. Goods must always be properly packaged to prevent transport damage.
7. Make sure that your return shipment has sufficient postage. Unstamped shipments or cash on delivery shipments will be refused. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
8. You will only be credited with the shipping costs if Shinga BV is responsible for the error and/or problem and if the products have been returned in proper packaging.
9. If a product (packaging) is damaged in such a way upon return due to poor packaging, it will be agreed after telephone contact what percentage of the replacement value will be credited. This only applies to returns.
10. Always enclose a copy of your invoice.

Gab ein bißchen hin und her aber am Ende wird doch alles gut. Ich hab nur irgendwie das Gefühl, dass das Rad nicht auch die beschriebenen 25kmh Unterstützung des Motors gedrosselt ist. Das muss ich noch genauer beobachten.
