Not quite satisfied or ordered the wrong product? At MobileTech you have 14 days to return the product, after you received the order. We will credit your purchase amount including shipping costs if you return the entire order within 7 days after the dissolution. We may wait with crediting until we have received the product back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back. If desired, we will exchange your product(s).
- The product must be in unused condition and as far as reasonably possible with the original factory packaging.
- Returns take place within 14 days after receipt of the complete order. - If you have notified us of the return within this period, you will have 14 days to return the product from that time.
- You bear the risk yourself in case your return is lost.
