Returns are accepted if the item is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Return the item, including all accessories, within 14 working days accompanied by the invoice/packing list in proper packaging.
We generally process returns within two business days. Your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than five working days after receipt of your package.
Have you paid us shipping costs for your order, and are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive these shipping costs back from us. Returning the product is at the risk of the customer.
