Returning an order is easy. House of Merchant B.V, offers 30 days to return your order.
- The item, packaging, accessories are new, undamaged and complete.
- Pack the item carefully so it will not be damaged in shipping
- Send an email to '[email protected]' with the order number.
- Then House of Merchant B.V. will send a return label to the email address used to place the order, the email will contain further instructions regarding the return.

Do you not meet these conditions?
Register/return outside the return period: We cannot take back the item because the notification was too late.
If we receive the products damaged, incomplete or with missing parts, we will have to incur costs or at worst sell to a merchant. We will have to pass on these costs. Please note the following.
Missing accessories: Depending on the number and cost of the accessories but approximately 15% of your purchase price will be
deducted.
Very light scratches: The item cannot be sold as new now. You would not like to receive an item with scratches yourself. Here around 25% in costs will be deducted.
Obvious damage: The item is now unmarketable. Here around 50% in costs will be deducted. Or in the most extreme case, no payment at all.
