GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that the item is delivered in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, you can contact eGOAT directly via Obelink's contact form. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: eGOAT Nederland, Kamerlingh Onnesweg 2, 4131PK, Vianen, The Netherlands. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAYS REFLECTION PERIOD
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including (any) shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs vary per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
REFUNDS
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
