Free Returns Within the 30-Day Trial Period
You have the option to return our products free of charge within 30 days of placing your order.
How to Return a Product;
1. Send an E-mail to [email protected] with your ordernumber.
2. You will receive a return label for the package in your mail, which you can download and print.
3. Make sure the unused product is neatly packed in its original packaging.
4. Place the product in the shipping box (if applicable) and include the packing slip and/or return form. Securely close the box with tape.
5. Print the return label and affix it to the longest and largest side of the box. Ensure no tape is covering the barcode (as this may cause the barcode to become unreadable due to the adhesive layer) and make sure the label is securely attached.
6. Drop off the package at a parcel drop-off point (e.g., PostNL or DHL, depending on the label you received).
7. Keep the proof of shipment safe, as it may be requested later.
Once we receive the product in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email from Obelink. Obelink will then process the refund.
Important to Note;
• Do not send your return to a Obelink store or to Obelink online; our products cannot be returned to Obelink itself, including their physical stores.
• Products must be returned with all accessories in their original condition and original packaging.
• If the product has been used, depreciation may be applied. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If this is the case, you will always be informed accordingly.
• Products with a broken seal, such as games, batteries, and hygiene-sensitive items, cannot be returned.
• Please inform us immediately if you have received a damaged, incomplete, or defective product.
Having an Issue with One of Our Products?
Sometimes, a problem can be resolved with some tips from us, for example, regarding cleaning or use. Check the product manual or search our solution center on our website for a relevant article.
Claiming Warranty
If the problem cannot be resolved on your own or with our tips, and you would like to make a warranty claim, you can do so by filling out the service form on our website. We are happy to assist you! Of course, you can also contact us by sending a message through your Obelink account.
Warranty Conditions;
• You must be able to provide proof of purchase and/or a valid order number.
• You make your request within 2 years of purchase (the order date is considered the start date).
• The warranty applies if the product has been used in accordance with the instructions and for the purpose for which it was made.
• Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. This does not include glass accessories and accessories such as batteries, lamps, etc.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. If the relevant product is no longer in stock and/or available, we can offer an alternative item as a replacement.
• We cannot provide warranty if one or more of the following situations apply:
o If the defect (in any way) was caused by misuse, neglect, tampering, improper cleaning, or incorrect adjustments.
o When unauthorized persons have made modifications or repairs.
o If a product is used in a commercial environment.
o If incorrect installation has been carried out.
o If the serial number of the product and/or parts has been removed.
o If additional equipment, not supplied or recommended by us, causes problems and/or damage that is related to or used with the product.
