To get a full refund, it is important that the product is still in new condition. This means that the product can still be sold as new to someone else. Below are important things to bear in mind:
- Opening the box and thereby cutting loose tape or removing plastic straps to have a good look at the product is of course allowed. Tearing off plastic packaging or cutting into the packaging is not allowed.
- Unpacking and viewing a pool/spa is allowed. Putting it into use is not allowed. This includes laying it out/setting it up on the ground to see if it fits, filling it with water, inflating the article and assembling the pumps.
- A heat pump, sand filter pump and hoover may be unpacked. Activating the product is not allowed.
- All products must not have been in contact with water.
- Laying out the jumping mat of a trampoline to measure up is allowed. Assembling and trying out the trampoline (without safety net) is not allowed.
