Should the product have arrived with manufacturing/transportation damage. Please report this within 48/h to iBuy24.

- A photo of the outside of the parcel showing the parcel label.
- A photo of the opened package (photographed from above). The contents and packaging material must be clearly visible.
- A photo of the entire package material.
- A photo showing the entire item.
- A photo showing the damage

Upon receipt of the photos, we will take further steps to reach a suitable solution for both parties.

Larger orders or products could be picked up. This is because it would be refused at a parcel shop.
