You've probably tried preparing wok dishes in your own kitchen. Even with the stove on the maximum setting, it is not possible to actually stir-fry and your food is cooked or simply fried.

We have solved this problem for you. HOT WOK's gas burners get up to four times hotter than a stovetop, meaning you'll get well-cooked, succulent meat and perfectly al dente vegetables every time you use your HOT WOK.

Our concept includes a whole range of burners, pans, griddles and accessories of superior quality that enable you to try and create exciting new dishes. Thai food, Indian curries, Indonesian noodles, soups - you name it.

Time for reflection/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product may be returned to oneQ with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact [email protected] for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We advise you to make complaints known to us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. We will then contact you immediately to see how we can resolve the complaint to your full satisfaction.
