Our pride lies in delivering an exceptionally high level of service to our customers, both before and after their purchase.

Upon receiving your order at home, you have 30 days to review the products. You can let us know if you wish to cancel the purchase by the 30th day. Following that, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the items. If any part of your order doesn't meet your expectations, feel free to send it back to us. While we appreciate it if you share the reason for the return, it's not obligatory.

To return any part of your order, you can contact us to receive a return label.

Upon receiving the returned items, Bushcraftshop will promptly refund all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Bushcraftshop for the returned product. This will be completed within 14 days from the day the consumer informs us of the withdrawal. Unless Bushcraftshop offers to pick up the product themselves, they may wait to issue the refund until they have received the product or until the consumer provides proof of returning it, depending on which occurs earlier. Bushcraftshop will use the same payment method the consumer used unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
