- Leider war bei einer Kiste kein Verschluss mit dabei. Nach einer kurzen E-Mail wurde dieser innerhalb kürzester Zeit nachgeliefert. Auch der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Die Kisten sind sehr stabil.

Enig ‘minpuntje’: Verpakking had alleen iets kleiner gekund. Bevatte nu heel veel lege ruimte. - Die Paket Nachverfolgung war nicht möglich. Sehr schlecht.

1. Go to https://www.retourneren.nl/sunware-marketplace and follow the instructions. You will then receive a return label indicating the return address.
2. Use the original packaging (or another sturdy packaging) to pack the product. Make sure the product is well protected and cannot move freely to prevent damage during transport.
3. Put the original packing slip back in the packaging. Do not forget to include the return form, which you will receive by e-mail. In other words, two documents in total. Otherwise, there is a good chance your return processing will be delayed.
4. Hand in your parcel at a PostNL service point. When you hand in your return, you will receive a proof of delivery. Keep this proof of dispatch in a safe place.

Important to know:
- Products from us cannot be returned to Obelink (not even in the shop).
- You can return products with all delivered accessories, if reasonably possible in their original condition and packaging. If you have used the product too much to judge, we may charge a depreciation for that. That amount will be deducted from the amount you still receive in return. Products with broken seals cannot be returned (e.g. games, batteries and hygiene-sensitive products).
- If a product is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so that we can work with you to find a solution.
- When returning an order, do not forget to include the packing slip and/or a return form (otherwise your return cannot be processed).
- Always ask for and keep the proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing by mistake.
- If we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a confirmation of this by email from Obelink.
- The refund (if applicable) will be taken care of by Obelink.
